Fuel that matches
your training.
Meal planning and nutrition coaching built around how you actually train — not a one-size app diet. Body composition baseline at intake, ongoing check-ins, Stratford and Bridgeport.
Plans you can
actually follow.
Training hard without eating for it is half a program. Our nutrition coaching ties meal structure to your sessions, schedule, and preferences — not a celebrity cleanse.
Every meal-planning client starts with a body composition baseline at intake — not to shame you, but to give you and your coach a number you can improve. We repeat scans on a cadence that matches your goal so adjustments are data-informed, not guesswork.
Your nutrition coach builds around real life: shift work, kids' activities, travel, dietary restrictions. You get meal templates, grocery guidance, and portion frameworks — not a rigid 47-item meal prep that collapses by Wednesday. If you're also in hybrid training or personal training, your strength coach and nutrition coach align on volume and recovery.
Sessions happen in-person at Stratford gym or Bridgeport gym, or hybrid check-ins if travel is part of your job. We integrate with training on our live schedule so high-volume weeks get higher fuel — not the same 1,200-calorie sheet year-round.
We publish practical nutrition notes in our training journal — protein targets, eating out strategies, what to do when progress stalls. Meal planning clients get that context applied to their plan.
Four phases
of planning.
Structured enough to work, flexible enough to live with.
Assess
Intake consult, body comp baseline, training schedule review, and goal setting — fat loss, recomposition, performance, or habit building.
Plan
Meal templates matched to your macros, cooking time, and family meals. Swaps for restaurants and travel built in upfront.
Implement
Two-week starter block with daily structure. Coach available for questions — not a PDF and goodbye.
Adjust
Scheduled check-ins, repeat body comp when appropriate, and plan tweaks when training volume or life changes.
Coaches who
train too.
Nutrition coaching is delivered by staff who understand barbell volume and boxing conditioning — not disconnected from the floor.

Training +
fuel.
Members who paired nutrition coaching with training.
The body comp scan at intake made it real — I'd been guessing for years. Down 16 pounds in five months without starving.
Meal templates fit my kid's schedule and my shift work. First nutrition plan I didn't abandon in two weeks.
My coach adjusted calories when we added a third training day. That coordination is why I stay.
